The shuttle drivers and lobby staff were extremely helpful and made my trip less stressful. I can not thank them enough for their assistance.

Guest services staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and things to do.

Very limited amenities no microwave,iron or ironing board.

The location was close to the airport.

The staff was unhelpful with luggage and getting me into a ground room floor. I was traveling with a dog and it was very inconvient.

The hotel did not have a reservation for us when we arrived even though I had the confirmation number and also a reply from bookings,com that they had contacting the hotel. The hotel did find us a room at the agreed upon price (1 queen) even though I had reserved 2 queens.

No dining facility or gym workout area.

Close proximity to bwi Airport

$1.50 charge for room safe...automatically billed to room account. I was informed to contact front office to have charge removed, but I've never stay anywhere that charged for the use of the safe in the room. Also booked for king room...upon check-in all regular kings were sold out...had to pay additional $10 for superior king.

The cleanliness of the room was surprising compared to the desk service at my check-in. I expected half-assed. The room was clean and adequate for the rate. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was only for one night. Thank you.

The staff.

The room was far to small. There was no pool, even though the website said there was. It's very rare to pay over $100 a night for a room and not get at least a bagel in the morning, no comp. breakfast of any kind. The vending machines are horribly over priced. $2 for a soda, $1.50 for a small bag of chips.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful =) Would stay there again if I would ever return to Baltimore.

The price was right and the staff were awesome. It is convenient and you can park your car for free if stay one night. Airport shuttle was very available.

The room had an odor, even after changing to another room. ACs in both rooms rattled. It is too close to the airport. Outgoing flights fly right over.
